Van Anda Volunteer Fire Fighters’ Association (VAVFFA) supports the Van Anda Fire Department, its volunteer firefighters, and the Texada community. Activities include fundraising (i.e. the Firefighters’ Ball), promoting safety awareness, and community events (Christmas Tree lighting, Sandcastle Pancake Breakfast, children’s Easter Egg Hunt). Membership is open to everyone.
