Texada Seniors Council
Membership in this organization is open to anyone 18 years of age or older. The organization was formed in 1932 to fight for seniors’ rights (previously affiliated with OAPO branch #153) and now fulfills a social function providing the community a meeting room for non-profit community groups and a Friday lunch open to all looking for food and friendship. Times for lunch to be announced since the pandemic.
